You need to Login or Register i've never heard the mix on it, running length doesn't strike me as too different from the length of "Compacted", if memory serves correct?

I wonder if Mark Warde has managed to get a copy.

EDIT: Just had a look at compacted's runtime in my collection and the time is listed as 17:09 and the mix on the promo says 17:07. I'd say it is compacted. But the b-side, that Frankie Goes Banana's mix, i have no clue about that one Cry

Galapagos Records did several Bootlegs in the 80´s
This records never been pressed - the police destroyed the moulds for the pressing process before even one record were produced. Only the record sleeves were printed before that raid of the police - just a few sleeves found its way to collectors.

nil desperandum, chaps - perhaps a tape or something exists out there somewhere.

i've heard of many things that were "destroyed and will never be found" - footage from The Wicker Man turned up, and despite the great one's best efforts, there are good prints of Kubrick's Fear & Desire out there.

this might be like Jerry Lewis' infamous The Day The Clown Cried, where the one and only copy is locked in someone's briefcase.

Interesting story. I wonder if one of the moulds managed to escape though. But im fairly sure the mix must of been Compacted. Was a pretty good idea too. I would have liked to have it on vinyl.
